We were honored to be chosen by White Labs as a partner to test EXP666, an experimental S. cerevisiae selected and refined to deliver balanced thiol expression—highlighting vibrant notes of white grape, blackcurrant, and tropical fruits. This beer was dry hopped with Simcoe, Cascade, Motueka and Strata.

Not that tropical NEIPA. Herbs, pine, grapefruit and grass. Dry, quite balanced, bitter and easy to drink.
