Low carbonation. Gently hazy robe. The smell is not very strong. We have some lime and cereal notes. .6 Lime attack. .8 The attack lasts long and then some cereal notes develop. .8 The aftertaste has a nice mix of lime and cereal. We also have honey and floral notes. .9 Overall a very good and complex beer for such a low percentage (3.8%!). It’s also quite thirst quenching, I drank it in February but I bet it’s a get summertime beer! .9
