Light color, nice head. Medium carbonation. Resinous and citrus zest smell. .9 Nice resinous and citrus attack. .9 Then we continue to have a bit of resinous and citrus notes but it faints quickly. .7 The aftertaste faints quickly and is watery with a very slight subtle bitterness. There’s a little bit of sweetness too but everything is very faint. .5 Overall it’s not very expressive and it doesn’t last long. However the notes are good! So it’s good but not very complex and poorly balanced… So it’s not amazing but ok to sip, maybe after a big hike or something like that… .4

The color is lighter than I expected. Small head. I tasted it quite cold and it was very watery with no taste. I waited a bit for the flavors to wake up and it’s better now, but still not great though. Hints of maple syrup on the smell. .6 Gentle maple attack. .7 Then we have a syrupy taste with a cream feel. .6 The aftertaste has a few maple syrup notes but is not very strong. .6 Overall a beer that could have more powerful and pronounced notes. It’s good but a bit watery for me. I was expecting a stronger taste and stronger maple presence to be honest. It’s still better after waiting a bit but less than what I expected. .5

Robe with a lot of particles in it. Nice color and low carbonation. The smell has gentle notes of cereal and caramel. .8 Hoppy attack. .5 Then we have some toffee and caramel notes that develop a little bit. .6 The aftertaste has some sweet notes that remind of caramel and toffee. .6 Overall maybe I got a bad batch but I feel like it’s not what is intended at all. There is a bitterness that kind of overwhelms the notes which makes them faint and not great. .4

Gentle smell with resinous hop notes. .9 Hoppy and floral attack. .9 Then more resinous notes develop. .8 The aftertaste offers a nice honey dimension. .8 Overall a nice and refreshing little IPA! However I think the citra bomb finish is not there at all! Still a good beer but not all promises are kept. .7

Medium carbonation. Beautiful clear color. Cereal smell, with a bit of floral notes. .8 The attack is very cereal forward and quite good! There are also bread notes and a bit of biscuit. 9 Then more floral and honey notes appear, with a little bit of a caramel dimension. .9 The aftertaste offers a crisp finish, with nice floral notes there too. A gentle bitterness is there as well. .9 Overall a very nice Vienna lager! It really nicely embraces the style and offers good notes! .9

Nice head, the robe is a little bit amber. Citrus smell with pine notes. .8 Pine attack with a bit of citrus. .8 Then the pine notes develop further and a floral dimension adds up. .8 The aftertaste is in the same spirit with pine, and a few floral notes. We also have a juicy perspective there with a gentle bitterness. .8 Overall, the promises are partially kept. We indeed have a juicy finish that’s kinda bold. It indeed tastes great after a day of riding! However, heavily hopped citrus aroma is a little bit over the top. I wouldn’t call this beer heavily hopped, it’s definitely hopped with nice citrus aromas but it’s not super heavy. Nice beer nonetheless! .8

Beautiful reddish robe. Bread smell with caramel notes. .9 Cereal and bread attack. .8 Then we have cereal notes and a gentle sweetness. Not very powerful though. .5 The aftertaste offers a gentle sweetness, and cereal notes with hints of caramel. .8 Overall a nice Märzen, good notes and respectful of the style. The notes could be more powerful but it’s still a nice beer. .8

Roasted malt and coffee smell. .9 Roasted malt and coffee attack. .8 Then we continue to have the same notes but they decrease in intensity. .5 The aftertaste is quite coffee forward and has an OK intensity. .8 Overall it’s good but not super expressive. So it’s quite thirst quenching and easy drinking, but the flavors are not very powerful. .6

Nice passion fruit smell, hints of citrus too (lemon and orange). 1 Passion fruit attack, juicy. .9 Then we have some citrus notes that develop. .8 A bit creamy aftertaste with a gentle bitterness. Notes of citrus (lemon mainly) .9 Overall a very nice session ipa with good notes, it’s also nicely balanced. Very refreshing, as you can see in the picture I already drank half of it after doing a 5 hours hike! .9
