Moving to a TIPA. This is mainly tropical that leans towards apricot, passion fruit, mango and peach with a bit of a tangy taste to it. Hoppy bitterness just barely hits medium. Has just a tad of weedy dankness. A bit thick that is apparent when you start pouring. Hides the abv well but you do get a little burn. Overall this was excellent. Canned 12/3/25. Ran the gambit today starting with a session and ending with a TIPA. I like this. Did this Friday w/o the session. I just don’t see that many TIPA’s in my travels.
