At Fairhope Brewing yesterday having a flight of five. Have been wanting to visit this brewery for a long time. Very popular place in this very quaint community. Clear reddish brown. Chai is upfront with traces of nutmeg. Flavor is a bit disappointing. Not very strong, chai and ginger overwhelm any malt character, dry and bitter finish. Finally found mild sweet traces of honey very late in the finish. I was expecting more.
