This modern take on a traditional Lichtenhainer is an evolution of our mixed fermentation golden sour ale, now brewed with beech-smoked malt, smoked salt and lemon salt, then conditioned on fresh Scottish fruit, juicy honeyberries and tart tayberries.

Bonne bière avec des notes de fumé/bacon, un côté acide et salin en bouche le tout étant quand même sucré se qui rend la bière ronde, en fin de bouche on a un côté mielleux et les céréales ressortent
