Literally tastes exactly like a pear and vanilla pastry. Dessert in a can. I rate all of the Vault City sours I've tried and I typically don't like sours but these are something else. Is it really beer? I'm not sure, but I like it 👍🏻

It pours a cloudy, golden colour with a white head. Aroma is fruity with pear and vanilla. Flavour is of spiced pear and creamy vanilla. Only slightly sour.

I love anything pear flavoured so no surprises that I really really like this. Juicy ripe pear with creamy vanilla and a hint of cinnamon make this sour an absolute beauty.
