Peu de mousse lors du service. Nez fruité qui fait vraiment penser à un jus. Visuellement elle est hazy, assez épaisse et jaune pale. Au goût elle est très douce , pas très alcoolisée en bouche. Le côté fruité reste le plus sûr le long terme. Le côté raisin blanc du nelson se remarque d’emblée. Elle n’est pas timide en houblon et je trouve est une excellente porte d’entrée vers les houblons. Personnellement c’est la bière qui m’a donné envie d’en apprendre plus et surtout qui m’a fait adorer le nelson sauvin.

Hazy, deep mango yellow beer. The carbonation is a bit introverted and releases a white velvety head that exceeds two fingers. The foamy crown dissipates gradually to a billowy lacing. The olfactory side releases green grape, white wine, grass and lemon pith. The hop is easily recognizable here. Wheat malt is certainly in the baseline. The gustatory sphere offers white wine, green grape, orange pith, carambola, green apple and a hint of raw green gooseberry. Slightly grassy. The wheaty foundation is obvious. The body is light. The white wine elements intensity beautifully in the tail. The mouthfeel is light, juicy, subtle, distantly vinous, a bit crisp and slightly drying. A very successful Nelson Sauvin forward brew. 💛💛
