This beer looks awesome! Soooo beautiful! Fully impenetrable, deep balmy yellow, like mango flesh. A fluffy creamy head exceeds two fingers but dissipates quickly to a velvety lacing. Bags of stonefruits in the air: peach, mango and nectarine. Maybe a wink of pineapple, too? And sweet clementine. The supportive baseline is truly creamy and a tad biscuity. The gustatory profile is more citrusy, especially lemony and somewhat grapefruity. Pineapple and peach can also be recognized. The soft creamy bed shrinks drastically but doesn't vanish entirely. Nice. 💛 The body is light. Could be bigger at this level. The finish doesn't essentially differ from the actual upfront experience. The mouthfeel is light, juicy, pulpy, moderately tropical and really refreshing. Slightly crisp and drying.

Je trouve que le Nectaron se rapproche du Nelson Sauvin, en moins complexe. On alterne donc entre le fruité, l'aromatique, le houblon, tout au long de la dégustation. Tout ce que j'attends d'une bière en somme. Sparkle est une nouvelle brasserie totalement recommandable 🥰🥰🥰
