Мякоть тропических фруктов, в основном жёлто-оранжевые, смолистость хвойных и горькая травянистость в идеальном балансе. По мере отогревания и выхода углекислоты вкус меняет пропорции изначального соотношения, но всё остаётся вкусно. После проглатывания нёбо холодит как после мятного леденца, но без вкуса мяты. Послевкусие горько-тропическое, с хорошей пост хмелевой пульзацией языка и пощипыванием в горле. Прям топ! Dry and bitter. Aromatic and crunchy in the mouth. This is proper West Coast. 3 hops in this ale are in my top 5, and my favorite is Cashmere. The pulp of tropical fruits, mostly yellow-orange, resinous conifers and bitter grassiness in perfect balance. As it warms up and carbon dioxide is released, the taste changes the proportions of the original ratio, but everything remains delicious. After swallowing, the palate cools like after a mint candy, but without the taste of mint. The aftertaste is bitter-tropical, with a good post-hop pulsation of the tongue and a tingling in the throat. Just top!
