Вчера так впечатлил BDIPA от Selfmade, что сегодня прикупил баночку того же стиля из Краснодара. Итак. Визуальная органолептика без особенностей. Аромат сильный, много разной хвои, чуть чуть тропики и, к моему удивлению, копчёночка вместо ожидаемой жжёночки. Глоток невысокой плотности. Горький, хвойный, слегка карамельный, цитрусы тоже найдутся. Приятно, но планка поднята вчера, пока недотяг. Ипашечка в стиле новой Англии двойного сухого охмеления. Разлито 19.02.24. И это телепорт в Тайланд, ибо уже открыв банку всё пространство заполняется густейшим ароматом папайи, маракуйи, гуавы, есть и киви и немного цитрусов. Мякоть и сок. Выброжено до сухости брют, язык цокает и нёбо вторит эхом. Горечь вписана в последние ноты красного грейпфрута и ощущается на столько естественно, что осознание приходит глотку к третьему. Коварный напиток, зачем делать такое пивкое пиво крепостью в 8,5%? Это однозначно в топ 3 этого года. Однозначно требует повторной дегустации. Double dry hopped New England style drink. Когда видишь galaxy/mosaic/simcoe о чём думаешь? О богатстве вкуса и сочном аромате, дразнящих рецепторы хвойно-тропических миксах в окантовке смолистости. А если это в DIPA? То добавьте горечь и жир! Так вот, это пиво не обманет ваших ожиданий. Надёжная пивоварня. Сколько пробую - без разочарований. Но и ценник за год вырос на ~50%. When you see galaxy/mosaic/simcoe what do you think about? About the richness of taste and juicy aroma, teasing the receptors of coniferous-tropical mixes in a resinous edging. What if it's in DIPA? Вот уж действительно имперский кислый эль. Первый раз такое встречаю

Липко-шелковистый молочный имперец, сварен с какао, ванилью и апельсиновой цедрой. Вышло гармонично и крепко.

Не плохой IPA, не совсем классичен, ближе к West coast IPA, полностью лишенные карамели аромат и вкус, хвоя, цитрусы, слегка цветы. Горечь добрая. Смотрим как динамо с паровозами запарывают голевые моменты. Огого! Теперь я знаю как могла бы пахнуть прерия весной. Сильнейшее свежее разнотравье в аромате, немного цедры лайма/лимона если её сжать чтоб прыснула. Невероятный аромат. Глоток так же травянист, горек. Если цельные шишки молодого хмеля пожевать, вот то самое ощущение. Тоже очень запоминается. Цитрусы есть, но на вторых и третьих ролях. Пожалуй лучший IPA за последнее время. Wow! Now I know what the prairie might smell like in spring. Strongest fresh grass in the aroma, a little lime/lemon zest if you squeeze it so it sprinkles. Водянистый эль, с мощным ароматом хвои и перца, цитрусы на вторых ролях. Дубящий глоток, слизистая покрывается меловым налётом, через него пробивается вкус апельсина, сладость с горечью на равных. Длительное послевкусие апельсиновой дольки. Очень солнечный пивас. Watery ale, with a powerful aroma of pine needles and pepper, citruses in the background. A tanning sip, the mucosa is covered with a chalky coating, the taste of an orange breaks through it, sweetness and bitterness on an equal footing. Long aftertaste of orange slice. Very sunny beer.
