Cleveland was once known as the Forest City. Trees remind us that we continue to grow if we let our roots take hold and soak in the good that is all around us. Allowing this Barleywine style ale to age for over a year in bourbon barrels, we have e spa me up all the good that is wood and time can provide. Expect notes of oaky tannins, orange marmalade and sticky toffee. Enjoy life and continue to grow with us.

Believe this to be my third Barley Wine. This better be good- $6.00 for an 8 ounce pour.
No head. Nose is plum/ raisin, brown sugar, and toffee.
The taste matches the nose. Alcohol is barely noticeable in a gentle way.
Very good but not as complex as the other two I've had.
