BiĂšre exceptionnellement complexe. Le nez riche en arĂŽmes de porto, de raisin, de fĂ»t est un poil Ă©craser par une forte aciditĂ©. AprĂšs lui avoir laisser quelques minutes pour s ouvrir est nous dĂ©voile un mĂ©lange parfait mĂȘlant notes de chocolat, de porto, de sirop de liĂšge, de touches boisĂ©e, de raisin de cerises confites,
 Le tout est soulignĂ© par une aciditĂ© franche et intense qui rappel bien entendu le balsamique Produit exceptionnel !!
