Bora appears as semihazy, deep amber. Exiguously carbonated. A cloud-white head falls short of two fingers and melts gradually to a velvety lace ring on the sides. Dry white wine, wheat and oak barrel notes constitute the olfactory provision. Interesting, deviates strongly from a standard Saison. Sips pretty much on the lines paved by the scent. Powerful dry white wine can't be missed on the tastebuds either. Wine barrel. Wet wine barrel. Soaked with wine. Not sure if the yeast is wild or commercial. The wheat base supports the package nicely. The body is light-medium to medium. The aftertaste is long-standing, the white wine definitely doesn't disappear anywhere. Very different from what I expected. The mouthfeel is medium, intensively vinous, woody, barrel aged, tart and marginally funky. A degree of complexity can be observed. Exceptionally appealing. And really different from a standard Saison. Part of today's chanterelle catch in the pic.
