A kettle-soured Berliner Weisse with a sharp puckering tang and aromas of lemon zest and sourdough bread.
This golden delight was dubbed the ‘Champagne of the North’ by Napoleon’s troops due to its effervescence and similarities with the famous sparkling drink. We like to think of it as a perfect introduction to sour beers as it bears similarities with both wine and cider.
