At the start of every summer since 2019 we've brewed up this extra special juicy treat of an IPA. The recipe is tweaked but the goal remains the same: grab Operation Mayfly, find sun, drink fresh!

Cracking drink. Nice tropical fruit aroma. Creamy mouthfeel with a nice tropical fruit taste. Slight piney note mixed in, but enjoyable. More tropical fruit notes, but with a definite citrus twist. Smooth and easy-drinking session ale that's sessionable.
