Happy Friday. This one is interesting. It’s a little tropical, citrusy and fruity. It has mainly a berry taste with some light grapefruit and a hint of peach. Hoppy bitterness is light+ approaching medium as I finish. Has a grainy/cereal like malt that is way in the background. What is unique is this has an almost strong toasted woody taste to it. It meshes well with the berry and the combo lingers in the mouth. I started at a 3.9 but finish at a 4.1. Splitting the difference. Canned 12/27/24. I wonder how much better this would be if it were fresher.
