Pigs Ear 5.0%, Uley Brewery, England

Pigs Ear
5.0% English Strong Ale
Traditional strong bitter. Deceptively strong Pale Ale that is eminently quaffable. A pale-coloured beer with a light hop balance leads to a hoppy, fruit aroma and smooth finish. A wolf in sheeps clothing!

A decent strong traditional bitter. Doesn't have to travel far as the Brewery is just up the road. Slightly metallic with plenty of malt. Helped me score a nine at tonight's skittles. Accurate.
