Chimay 150 was brewed to celebrate the 150th birthday of the brewery based at the Abbey de Scourmont.
Chimay 150 is a strong, blond beer that is refreshing and fruity, tasty and intense. Its mint, bergamot, lime and eucalyptus aromas are enhanced by a touch of invigorating ginger. Its mellow, rounded body and smoky, spicy flavour is typical of Chimay beers. Brewed with Saaz and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops, a secret spice is added to produce this unique taste.

Chimay Blonde Forte 150 🇧🇪 heißt dieser Trunk mit 10%, daher auch der Name dieses Starkbiers.
Der dunkeldolgene Trunk mit famoser Schaumkrone duftet sehr, sehr verführerisch nach süßer Frucht, ein Hauch von Hefe, leichtes Malz.
Die Geschmacksknospen freuen sich über einen dezent spritzig Antrunk, bringt ordentlich Kraft mit, schöne Fruchtnoten mit leichter Süße und einem feinen anhaltenden Hopfenteppich. Dazu ist der Alkohol gut eingebaut.

Sans doute ma Chimay favorite comparé à ses sœurs, on a une belle complexité d'arômes tout en ne basculant pas dans un liquide trop opulent, très plaisant!

What can I say, I’m a sucker for a strong blonde and this is a good one!Clear Belgium taste like in the delirium, slight stronger tasting and missing a little of the range of flavour.
