An all star barley grist features the likes of Cara Ruby, Cara Gold, Cara Red for a massive dose of caramel colour. Chinook and Cascade hops were introduced to the boil to dial up the bitterness then the brew was finished off with a dry hop of Simcoe to give those quintessential pine and citrus West Coast aromas on the nose.
