Opaque honey coloured, mildly carbonated and hoppy on the nose. Rich and deep tropical fruits with a long pine finish. Smooth mouth feel, juicy and clearly mosaic, very tropical and juicy. Along with pineapple and mango is a smooth coconut and apricot edge just before the resinous pine kicks in. It's been months since I've had a brew and I see what I've been missing, the rich flavour of craft beer like this.
