Beer Fest Fiskars 2025. The first edition of its kind. Some interesting beers on tap. My reviews won't be particularly detailed, nor long. Okay, an easy start with Paihalas. Turbid, copper. No carbonation basically. Sea-buckthorn and apricot in the air. The same package on the tongue, escorted by decent wild yeast and wheat malt. The Cognac barrel aging is distant. Light body. Feels light, tart, puckering and marginally funky.

Olut on väriltään samea oranssinen, vaahdoton olut. Tuoksu on hapan. Maku on hapan, etikkai en, marjaisa.
