Like George Orwell wrote: all festivals are equal, but some festivals are more equal than others (that was it more or less! lol). Billie’s Craft Beer Fest is without a doubt one of those festivals! It is with great pride and humility that we are present at Billie’s this year and as expected, we brewed a beer to ensure that the memory of the most beloved French Bulldog in our industry remains alive! Billie’s Essence is a rich and silky Imperial Stout that has been aged in Barbados Rum barrels. After a prolonged rest in barrels, it matured in absurd amounts of coconut from Sri Lanka, cocoa nibs from Ghana and vanilla beans from Madagascar. An opulent and exotic beer in honor of Billie and his legacy!
