Smells like winter berry crumble, tastes like winter berry crumble…this is 100% the nicest sour beer I’ve ever had. Not that I’ve had many! Can definitely taste the pear, blackberries and crumble. Not too sour, pretty sweet but perfect as a slightly cidery tasting dessert beer. Judges label: That’s a good beer

Super fruity with pear being the dominant flavour, blackberries and strawberries are definitely in there too with a hint of cinnamon. Beautiful tart fruity beer.
