Aged for 27 Months in a Weller Barrel Pouring pitch black, we get aromas of chocolate brownie batter, bright cold brew coffee with a hint of fruit. Decadent flavors of layered fudge, rich cacao with complex hints of pure honey, almond, stone fruit, and fresh caramel all come together in each sip. Notes of rich coffee throughout are complemented by an oaky vanilla barrel presence and just a whisp of heat.
