Delirium Barrel Aged Sour Blond
10.8% Sour / Wild Ale
This beer spent 18 months in oak barrels before aging further on tank. Unique because you have a refreshing acidity but the characteristic fruitiness and maltiness of a Belgian tripel. Ideal as an aperitif, with a refreshing acidity. Pair with a strong cheese, oysters, pulled pork or smoked ham/chicken.

Petit cadeau hâte de l'ouvrir et chose faite. Une jolie robe dorée. Mousse très très minime. Mais un pétillant fort présent et j'ai adoré. Et comme annoncé sur la bouteille petit goût de chocolat.
