Brought this one back from Texas. Jester King is an award-winning Brewery in Austin. I don't get to try their beers very often. Started with a heavy 3 in of head, having to be patient again. Typical pilsner aroma. For some reason it's very inviting. The expected corn malt but it has a level of bitterness that makes it seem like a Czech pilsner. Smooth, light, crisp, with that finishing bitter bite. While I was still prefer the German pilsners, this is much better than the big brewery American pilsners.
