Bright White Sun is a New Zealand IPA that uses an extraordinary does of Rakau, Wakatu, and Nelson hops throughout the brewing process, and incorporates many of the new and innovative techniques from our recent Curiosity Series efforts. Pouring a milky yellow color into your glass, it primes your senses for the tropical experience to come. We enjoy notes of papaya, lemon-lime, Sauvignon Blanc, and juicy orange with a thirst-quenching bitterness to entice your next sip. Bright White Sun was brewed to accompany us to the Land of the Long White Cloud, and we can’t wait to share this sun-kissed delight with the growers who make such a wonderful beer possible.
