Our usual gluten free base is assaulted with lots of juicy raspberry and then amplified with tart passion fruit. P9 is named after the nickname we gave to our new bar down in the beach of Poblenou, and it has a lot to do with it. Summery, Easygoing and chill but full of flavour and takes you straight away to the beach with the first sip.
