This collab is an 8% double hazy IPA that we made with our Wrocław homies… our Gnomies, Stu Mostów! It is named after the gnomes that line the streets in this Polish city, and a new favorite beer of ours. We loved working with this amazing team to create the recipe that we brewed in both breweries. This 8% hazy is hopped with Citra and Nelson Savin Hops and loaded up with Citra Incognito. It is bold and viscous and loud and lovely. It is super flavorful and aromatic, and has a beautifully light orange color from the tinge of Golden Promise malt. The aroma is exactly like you just opened a fresh bag of hops and the flavor is similar to the saturated juice at the bottom of a fruit cup.
