10.5% Imperial Stout
This one is near and dear to our hearts. Brewmaster Jeremy Kosmicki wanted to make the birthday of his little sister, Liz, a special one. So he did what he does best and brewed a stout using a few of her favorite ingredients: fresh Michigan blueberries, rich chocolate and vanilla aged in bourbon barrels to round out those beautiful flavors. Liz was floored and we think you will be too.

Llego el momento de esta Imperial Stout de 10,5% con Arándanos, Chocolate y Vainilla, envejecida en Barricada de Bourbon, elaborada por Founders Brewery. - Nada mas servirla tiene un olor muy intenso a Chocolate. - En boca notas el sabor a chocolate amargo y arandanos con toques leves a vainilla. Al principio el alcohol no es apreciable, pero según vas avanzando vas notando esos 10%. Se hizo algo pesada al final y eso que la bebimos entre dos. Nota: Su maestro cervecero, Jeremy Kosmicki, quería que el cumpleaños de su hermana Liz, fuera inolvidable. Y elaborar esta gran Stout.

Tämä olut ollut miehelläni kellarissa noin 10 vuotta. Hyvänä oli pysynyt. Nyt oli hyvä hetki maistella tämä pullo Ylläksellä rinnepäivän päätteeksi.

Had this at a beer share earlier Blueberry, vanilla and light chocolate in the aroma. Very balanced flavor. Has aged very well. 4.25/5
