Monoliitti is a classic West Coast IPA: bright, aromatic, dry and bitter. The hops lend citrusy, floral, stone fruity and piney aromas and proper bitterness. Some wheat malt and just a pinch of caramel malts were used for balance, smooth texture and slight honey-like flavor.
