We have approached this IPA with a little twist in mind. On the hot side it borrows a bit from Belgian Witbier through the use of orange peel and coriander to really push the orange aromatics. The hop selection also reflects this with an angle to push as strong an orange character as possible. Dry hopped with Citra and Amarillo giving strong notes of Naval Orange, tangerine and grapefruit with some soft stone friuit aromatics.
