A DIPA with four modern hop varieties that push stong notes of pineapple, passion fruit, peach, coconut and lemon. We have packed this one with Galaxy, Strata CGX, Idaho 7 and Sabro. The last hop of the four is one that we always treat with a deft hand due to its pungency. Sabro is a hop that was released by the Hop Breeding Comapny in 2018 as an experimental variety that traces it's lineage back to wild growing neo-mexicanus hops found in the hills of New Mexico. Hops with neo-mexicanus heritage are often very distinctive and can be quite polarising. In combination with the other hops in this DIPA we get beautiful tropical and stone fruit aromas that are inviting and intriguing.
