If Atlas Brew Works didn't impress me much, I'm now in a place which will not let me down. I'm sure! 😎 Flight OH1 is ready for takeoff. Here's the first stretch of 1/1. The appearance is hazy, sunny yellow. The head is pure white, dense moussy. Looks beautiful. Orange, mango and papaya in the air. Not powerful though. Attractive still. The taste doesn't make the flight nosedive. I'm picking mango, cantaloupe, tangerine, cream, a pinch of lactose, faint resin and oat flakes. We are flying high! The body is medium-full to full. Very seductive! The final stage tweaks a bit crisper, offers even slightly piney flavors but, otherwise, is true to the quality. What else? The mouthfeel is full, tropical, somewhat deep, massively pulpy, soft, smooth, creamy and moderately crisp. When quality matters!
