The Basque brewery Meta Edabeak are make wonderful mixed fermentation ales and classic, highly drinkable beers. Garage are known for hoppy and hazy beers. When we were chatting about a collab, the guys from Meta suggested that we combine classic and hazy.
Hops: Citra, Simcoe
Malts: Barley Malt, Oat

Une IPA très amère et sur les fruits exotiques. C'est bon, frais, proche une NEIPA. Légèrement acqueuse mais elle se boit très bien. Belle IPA.

Comme une IPA espagnole de Barcelone. Fortement goûtue, elle envoie des saveurs bien houblonnées. Mélange de pins, agrumes et fruits jaunes. Une très bonne recette.
