Raspberry cream soda - Vault city - 4,8 %. Une sour à la framboise. A l'ouverture, une effluve violemment acidulée et sucrée autour de la framboise attaque les narines sabre au clair. Pas de quartiers pour cette belle robe ambrée tirant sur le marron clair. Sans bulle apparente mais trouble. Texture satinée avec picotements sur la langue et acidulé marqué. En bouche le lactose donne un effet beurré à la framboise et on a l'impression biscuit sucré façon paille d'or c'est bluffant ! Excellentissime !
