Une bière foncé, amère, torréfiée, de la basse fermentation. Une équilibre gourmande entre caractère du malt et houblon, qui est sèche et quand même « moreish » comme on dit en anglais.

Une robe noir et mousse brune. Des notes de café torréfié et de prune puis c’est au tour du réglisse, houblon amer, herbe fraichement coupée. La finale est sèche, céréalière, avec un côté sous-bois humide très plaisant. 🍺
