Hemispheres collide in this collaboration pale with Newcastle favourites Full Circle. A light malt base combined with a fairly clean and crisp yeast push the hops to the forefront. In this cas we chose US Belma and a blend of hops from New Zealand as an exaggerated reflection of our North/ South homes. The New Zealand blend brings the bright, gooseberry, winey citrus goodness we've come to expect, and the Belma adds notes of berry and ripe melon to the mix.
