A modern, easy drinking extra pale ale. The beer delivers fresh hop flavours like citrus & passionfruit on a simple clean malt base. Built on a base of high quality pale malts like marris otter that gives the hops a starring role to deliver a fresh hop zing. We were very careful with hop additions and tried to maximise flavour while reducing the bittneress in comparison to beers like our Full Sail IPA. A crisp easy drinking pale ale for all occasion's

Lush indeed. Body is golden yellow, almost like a lager, with only trace amount of white head.
Scent is waves of tropical notes, base of intense passionfruit, mango and some peach all with an accompanying sweet biscuit malt.
The feeling in the mouth is moderate carbonation, enough bubbles to give it some character but not full on 'fizzy'.
Taste is tropical and sweet at first, with mango and peach. The passionfruit is lost and then the tropical profiles are over run altogether by dry, bitter malt. Lots of biscuit and cracker, some bread notes too.
A great pale that delivers everything that is promised.

Robe or, avec une intense carbonation au centre du verre 🍺
Au nez 👃 très parfumé, citronnée, très houblonnée.
En bouche, l’attaque est directe, l’amertume est puissante restant longtemps en finale, avec un fort houblonnage en bouche.
