Hazy like a dream, with your head in raspberry clouds. Our mixed fermentation sour has been conditioned on mountains of ripe Scottish raspberries for a bright, fruity flavour. Cinnamon and vanilla add layers of warmth and sweetness, creating a delicate balance with tart fruit and nutty almond undertones. A generous dry-hop with Citra completes the flavour profile with aromas of citrus and tropical fruit.

Probably the first time I’ve had a beer from Vault City where it doesn’t really taste like the description. It was closer to grapefruit than anything else.

Dans 1 semaine c'est les vac's, le retour des bières pour la saison 🌞 Seconde moderne sour de chez Vault City que je bois, (et première review !) c'est encore un chouette jus de fruit acidulé et peu alcoolisé, à 6°. La framboise et la vanille tapent bien et c'est super bon, l'houblon citra en dry hop est bien marqué aussi. Par contre l'amande... Elle fait peut-être office de liant ? P'tet difficile de faire sentir un fruit à coque dans une bière 🤷 Sinon c'est top !
