Starts with a thick but low head, totally white. Lots of effervescence that continues. Spicy aroma. Hazy on the low end for an unfiltered beer. Texture is soft and almost creamy. Initial flavor is a combination of the orange peel and spices, both very distinctive. Towards the middle it gets a little on the tart side and then finishes with the sweet honey that it's known for. Very enjoyable and very drinkable beer. No sign of this 7% alcohol at all.
