8.5% New England DIPA / Hazy Imperial IPA

This classy group of humans makes some amazing beers and are entertaining as hell to hang out with, double win. The group voted and we agreed to use Galaxy, Strata and some experimental HBC 586 in this one to coax out some classic tropical fruit, especially passionfruit, mango and guava, some strawberry with dispensary notes, and some complex citrus.

Dry, slightly bitter, juicy, balanced and easy to drink. Taste: orange peel, grapefruit, bitterness, pine, lime and grass. Aftertaste is dry, bitter and grassy.
