Mussukka is a refreshing sour ale with deep flavors of blueberries and raspberries. Our favorite method of sour fermenting with the mixture of bacteria and yeasts naturally existing in the malt was used to achieve more complex sour character. A touch of sea salt for mouthfeel and flavor.

First bite resembles carbonated blueberry juice. Sour with low sourness. Dry, watery body with blueberries. Resembles watered down non-sweetened blueberry juice with carbons. Almost nonpresent aftertaste, mostly dry, just a hint of blueberry.
