IPA in stile West Coast, dal sapore agrumato di mandarino e pompelmo, e note più fruttate di mango, ananas e passion fruit, sul finale note erbacee più amare. Luppoli: Mosaic, Strata e Citra

To conclude my double Friday: This is a little WC style like. I’d say a new school WC style is where it fits. This has some tropical fruit that leans towards passion fruit with light mango and tangerine. Hoppy bitterness is light/light+. Has some very light pine but lingers (yum). Has a light sweet malt that is a little bready. It’s kind of weak from an overall individual aspect perspective. It’s just the combo meshes well together with the pine and hoppy taste lingering. WC light and far from traditional. It did taste really good tho. I do like this double thing. You go from cold to warm then cold to warm again. I think it gives a better perspective. Unfortunately I can’t afford double $6/$7 beers especially with tariffs coming. I will try this again when viable
