Hajussa makeaa banaania. Aika jännä yhdistelmä. Katkeroa on jonkun verran, vaikka maltaat on vaaleat ja vehnääkin käytetty. Makeutta maussa minimaalisen verran. Suutuntuma karkea mutta tasainen. Hajoaa suussa nopeasti. Vähän epäsopusuhtainen kokonaisuus.

Turbid, yellow beer with competitive carbonation unlocks a dense moussy head whose tint is off-white and reached level exceeds one finger but not much more than that. Looks more orange in the picture than what it is in reality. The retention lives magnificently long. A nerdy protective lace ring caps the beer's precious aromas for a long time. The glass is decorated (or messed – whatever...) by thick ornaments. Looks attractive all in all. A surprisingly grapefruity scent. Grapefruit and lemon. Zesty as hell. A bit of grass joins the citrus spectacle. The palate, indeed, offers bags of fresh zesty grapefruit and lemon, all parts including pulp, pith and peel. A piney twist is relatively controlled though. Faint pineapple looms in the shadows. Very nice. The beer tap decal shouts "almost like an NEIPA". Well, alright. To some extent, yes. Nevertheless, if it was an NEIPA, it wouldn't be too sensational. However, this is a Hopfenweisse. Very tasty as such. The body is light to light-medium. Maybe light though. The end is extraordinarily citrusy, the elements remaining unchanged. Damn citrusy. Did I say citrusy? Gone down the city rabbit’s hole; I can hardly see the aftertaste; feel for the laden soul; lying on the eiderdown. The mouthfeel is light, beautifully crisp to a manageable level, extremely zesty, gulpable as a beast. Dry and drying, of course. Balanced, too. I could imagine sinking these one after the other on a hot summer evening in a social situation (no Pint Please around).

Samea ja vaalea. Runsaasti humaloitua, kirpsakkaa, ei ihan puhtaan makuinen.

Brewpub Gallowsilta uusi elukkaolut, eli Citykani Hopfenweizen, humalina Idaho 7, Cashmere ja Citra. Sumean kellertävä olut, jolla tuoksussa nektariinia, neilikkaa ja banaania. Maku hieman katkera, suutuntuma kuivahko ja runko keskitäyteläinen. Kyllä tästä kaikki humaloidun vehniksen piirteet löytyy, tällä kertaa vahvuuskin maitokaupparajalla. Juotavaa ja raikasta, tätä voisi nautiskella aurinkoisella terassilla tuossa muutaman kuukauden kuluttua.
