The beer is brewed on a light base of pilsner malt and wheat, which lets the tropical and citrus notes of the fruit shine though.

Collab of two great Irish breweries, so was expecting good things and the beer did not disappoint.
Aroma is sour, but not overpowering. Reminds me of a fruity wine sour ales. Moutful is crisp, refreshing and does resemble a light beer base. Sour flavour is followed-up by tropical fruit sweetness - nice combination. Goes down very easily!
