Special beer produced using wine mark. Yellow robe, slightly cloudy, small head of foam really not persistent. Smell is intense and fruity, sour. Juicy pineapple aroma, also some macerated fruits notes. Low sweetness, slightly sour. Again pineapple but also plums aroma. Some white flowers and peach notes. The ending remembers lemon tea,(maybe due to tannic of the mark?). Interesting and pleasant.
