Angelica sweet is traditionally pressed by hand from carefully selected apples. Four varieties are used, Dabinets, Yarlington Mill, Gilly and Lizzy, which have been blended to give a delicious and very moreish slightly sparkling cider.

Mmm, this is a really good buy from the brewpub I visited last Friday. Sweet, with a good taste of apple and an amazing aftertaste. One of my new favourite bottled ciders, that's for sure.
