It pours almost brown in colour with a white head. Aroma is malty with a hint of spice. Flavour is malty with a bitter finish.

I bought this at the White Hart in Llanddarog last Friday. They brew their own beers and ciders on site and have a distillery not too far away in Carmarthen. It pours a clear golden colour with a white frothy head. Aroma has hints of tropical fruit. Flavour is fruitt and malty leading to tropical fruits and a citrus finish.

Dark, almost a mild flavour - but a bit more of a kick

An easy to drink stout. I don't get much of the beetroot but there's a nice hint of chocolate.

There is something not quite right with this beer. It's almost chemical-like and could be esters in the beer. That said, there is a decent maltiness with a dry bitterness.
